One by one... we loose our Jobs, and with it what we thought was our reality. Your reality of how things work is about to collapse, just in case you didn't notice. Between 07 and 08, i've seen a lot of changes. Among them:

#1. My wife leaves me

#2. My father loses his job, gets a DUI, ends up in prison

#3. My Step father tells me the building inspector is not reviewing any new plans,
meaning nothing is getting build. He may loose his job.

#4. Julianne looses her Job, as well as her husband (in the union)

#5. Patti looses her Job

#6. Joe looses his job with my dad

#7. Dan (Laurel's boyfriend) get's laid off (union mind you)

#8. Uncle Buck looses his job with Lucasfilm

#9. Uncle Paul looses his job as a building inspector

#10. Friend Leland may loose his house, due to adjustable mortgage

#11. Uncle Jeff is struggling as an independent ; Aunt Jennifer works a job to make things ok

#12. Friend Jon worries about loosing just (1) major client


... and on, and on, and on.... everywhere you go you hear the same thing. The signs are everywhere. Yet this administration still refuses to even utter the word recession when we're in the depths of one. Amazing.
